   У омањем месту Њутаун, у држави Конектикет у Сједињеним Америчким Државама, данас се обележава недељу дана од догађаја који се прочуо по целом свету и о којем сви светски медији непрестано и са пуно уважавања према жртвама и њиховим породицама, извештавају. 

   Пуцњава у тамошњој школи је, као што вероватно знате, имала трагичан епилог од 26 жртава, од којих је 20 било деца. Сигурно већ знате понешто о тим жртвама, на телевизији се сваки дан врте прилози у којима се може чути све од њихових омиљених играчака и спорта, преко изјава родитеља и комшија па до најновије дебате коју је отворио Председник Обомба о томе шта треба урадити да се тако нешто поново не догоди.

 Наша земља и народ били су пре 13 година жртве агресије НАТО пакта. Током агресије животе је изгубило више преко 3.500 наших сународника – бораца за одбрану земље, полицајаца, деце, жена и старих особа. Колико је сународника умрло од последица рањавања и употребе оружја с осиромашеним урнијумом, колико их и данас умире, тешко да ће се икада утврдити. И данас се њима клањамо са најдубљим пијететом и заветом да жртве и страдање никада нећемо заборавити.

Оружана агресија 1999. настављена је другим средствима све до данашњих дана.  Она се спроводи политичким, економским, финансијским, пропагандним и другим притисцима, уценама и манипулацијама.

Desperate worker sets himself on fire

Belgrade - Mile Cavic (49), one of the workers of  "Veterinary institution Glutin" who protested over unpaid wages, fulfilled the terrible promise and set himself on fire this Thursday, exactly at 10:30 in front of the government building. The tragedy was avoided due to the fast reaction of his colleagues that took away his remaining gasoline and his jacket that has caught fire. None of them knows the faith of another worker Milos Kovacevic, who also said he would commit suicide, because his cell phone is closed.

- You don't let me set myself on fire, but you can not stop me to throw myself off a bridge - Cavic shouted, trying to escape the grip of three colleagues who were trying to restrain him.
- I can not go back home, I have nothing to go back to. This morning I borrowed some money for the bread, I can no longer live like that.

Kosovo and Metohija: EULEX has been blocked again near Zvecan

About 100 people gathered this evening in a place Doljani, near Zvecan and with their vehicles blocked the road, to prevent three EULEX vehicles to pass through to the administrative crossing Jarinje in the far north of Kosovo and Metohija..

Независна, нестраначка удружења грађана - Београдски Форум за Свет Равноправних, СУБНОР Србије и Клуб генерала и адмирала Србије организују традиционалне спомен активности поводом 13. годишњице НАТО  Агресије против Србије (СР Југославија).

Агресија је проузроковала преко 3.500 смртних случајева, више од 10.000 рањених, две трећине од којих су цивили, а више од 100 милијарди долара економске штете. Током 78 дана константног бомбардовања НАТО је користио пројектиле са осиромашеним уранијумом изазивајући трајно загађење земљишта, воде и хране и малигне болести и смрти.

Commemoration of 13th anniversary of NATO's aggression against Serbia

Independent, nonparty civic associations – The Belgrade Forum for a World of Equals, The League of Veterans of the People’s Liberation Struggle of Serbia and the Club of Generals and Admirals of Serbia are organizing traditional commemorative activities on the occasion of 13th anniversary of the NATO 1999 aggression against Serbia (FR Yugoslavia). 

The aggression has caused over 3.500 deaths, over 10.000 wounded, two thirds of whom were civilians and over 100 billion US dollars economic damage. During 78 days of constant bombings NATO has used missiles with the depleted uranium causing lasting pollution of the soil, water and food and malignant deceases and deaths.

One Serb kiled, another wounded in an ambush in Kosovo

Aleksandar Putnik (51) from Velika Hoca died in hospital in Prizren from received wounds. He and his 25 year-old son Dobrica were shot in the back around 2:30 last night in a village near Orahovac, Zrze. 
His son was wounded in hand and stomach and his state is not life-threatening.

The father was the first that got shot. His son Dobrica was shot in the neck from a hunting rifle, while trying to help him, and according to KIM radio information he got wounded in the arm too. 


Dobrica, after being wounded, managed to race in the car, drove a few hundred meters, after which the car flew off the road and overturned.


 Mayor of Orahovac Marian Saric said in a statement to KIM Radio that the injured Dobrica, who after being wounded is taken cared for in hospital in Prizren, has lost much blood and has shrapnel all over his body, but that he is out of life danger. According to Saric's words, the body of the murdered Alexander Putnik is sent for the autopsy to Pristina.

"This is a great tragedy. We are living in fear for 12 years. This is another in a series of incidents and attacks that makes it clear that we are not protected, "Saric said. 
 
Kosovo police spokesman for the region of Prizren, Hazir Berisha said that the father and son were shot last night just after midnight when they left the restaurant. He didn't mantion possible motive for the attack.

"It is believed that these people were shot in an ambush as they emerged from the restaurant. The police closed crime scene investigation and raided several locations in the vicinity of the restaurant in Zrze, where the killing and wounding occurred," said Berisha.

According to unofficial statements the Serbs were shot from a 7.62 millimeter weapon, probably made in China. Shots were fired from a moving vehicle.

They shot at us while we carried the wounded

- Such thing is unheard of elsewhere, to shoot at people carrying wounded man! We were carrying a man who was wounded in the leg towards the ambulance. I have never seen such an open fracture. His bone has raptured all the way through, and they were shooting at us. I never felt when the bullet hit me in the chin. All of a sudden I was in a semiconscious state- says for "Blic" 31-year-old Mladen Antonijevic, who was wounded at the administrative crossing Jarinje by the shots fired by KFOR soldiers.

Beside Antonijevic , in the trauma ward of the hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica there are also Alexander Radunovic (35), Sasa Stanojevic Nebojsa Radojicic (38), Stevo Petronijević (44) and Milan Premović (44).


- I was shot first. Two bullets in the leg and one in the shoulder. However, most importantly, I am now well - Sasa Stanojevic said, adding that as soon as he recovers, he will again be at the barricades if nothing changes for the better.

The doctors have assessed as the most serious injuries those of Radunović Alexander. The bullet hit him in the left lung, and he was operated.

- I have two children, son and old daughter. I do not like to be on the barricades. None of us likes it. But I have to give my children a future in this our country - Radunovic speaks slowly as we see his face in spasm from pain.

And Nebojsa Radojicic has the same opinion.


- I have three sons, 6, 11 and 16 year-old. All three are athletes, I teach them such a life. I do not want my sons to be at the barricades, I need to provide them with the future - said Radojicic, who was wounded in the abdomen and right lower leg.

The bullet hit Radojicic while, as he says, he was in a shelter. It was him that Antonijevic was carrying to ambulance when he got shot in right side of his jaw.

All wounded Serbs say that as soon as they recover and leave the hospital once again they will be at the barricades to defend the survival of their people in Kosovo.

"Your wire, our barricades "

On the administrative crossing Jarinje yesterday morning was quiet. At the base of KFOR there were two carriers parked, and helicopters flew over from time to time from the Croatian unit . Wearing full war equipment ,German soldiers were observing some thirty gathered Serbs who were peacefully protesting about thirty meters from their position. The Serbs were standing on a three-meter high barricade and shouted: "Your wire, our barricades ."
