Kosovo Massacre: In Memoriam - twelve years after the Nis Express Massacre

"Nis Express Massacre"  happened, on February 16, 2001, near Podujevo. 

The terrorist attack was performed by members of so called Albanian National Army (ANA or AKSH) which was two years later proclaimed by UNMIK chief a terrorist organization. What happens with Ejupi after he was arrested in Tirana in 2004 is not clearly known. KIM Info service learns that he may have been charged for killing some policemen but not for the NIs Express attack.

This heinous crime, one of the worst of its kind in post-war Kosovo has never been fully investigated by UNMIK police and KFOR and its perpetrators have not been brought to justice until know. 

One of the suspects, a Kosovo Albanian former UCK/KLA millitant Florim Ejupi, a member of a terrorist organization ANA(Albanian National Army - AKSH) managed to ran away from the US Millitary Detention facility at Camp Bondsteel in Eastern Kosovo under very mysterious circumstances.

In early August 1995, the Croatian invasion of Serbian Krajina precipitated the worst refugee crisis of the Yugoslav civil war. Within days, more than two hundred thousand  [200 000] Serbs, virtually the entire population of Krajina, fled their homes, and 14,000 Serbian civilians lost their lives.[this is Greg Elich's estimation, we can not confirm or refute this claim] According to a UN official "Almost the only people remaining were the dead and the dying." The Clinton administration's support for the invasion was an important factor in creating this nightmare.

SCANDAL: Former Mujahedeen Commander Naser Oric Released After Killing 3500 Christian Serbs in Srebrenica!

After serving only six months of his two year sentence for brutally butchering three thousand five hundred Christian Serbs in villages in Srebrenica from 1992 to 1995 the President of Bosnia, Bakir Izetbegovic (son of Alija Izetbegovic) today gave amnesty to the Commander of the Mujahedeen terrorists Naser Oric whose brutality against the Serbs is legend in the Balkans. 

The Hague sentenced this rogue to two years in prison and now he has gotten a pardon.  

Two years for killing three thousand five hundred Christian Serbs and now he’s only served six months of this sentence!

Syrian "rebels" have reportedly begun to undergo guerilla warfare training in Kosovo. 

They're alleged to be using the same training camps built for the anti-Serb "Kosovo Liberation Army" [KLA]  - a group previously designated as a terrorist organization by the United States and even the UN.

SCANDAL ! Kosovo: Organ trafficking

A private medical clinic in Kosovo  and Metohija, called "Medicus" was used to carry out the kidney operations. 

A group of  people, including a former senior health ministry official and a surgeon, have been charged in connection with an international organ trafficking network.

Eulex, the police and justice mission in Kosovo, said the group was charged with offences of trafficking human organs, organised crime and abusing official authority, while two others had also been charged with unlawful exercise of medical activities.

In an indictment seen by the Associated Press, the group of suspects are accused of trafficking people into Kosovo and Metohija for the purpose of removing human organs for transplantstion to other persons, human trafficking, organised crime, unlawful exercise of medical activity, and abuse of official position or authority.

The trial began in October 2011  is expected to continue into 2012.

Moshe Harel [interpol], one of the main defendants in the inquiry into organ trafficking and illegal transplants over the past few years in Pristina's Medicus clinic has been arrested in Israel [today] .
