Possibility of Dick Marty testifying on Medicus Clinic case

EULEX prosecutor requested that Dick Marty testifies at the trial for organ trafficking in the case of Medicus clinic, saying that he is certain that the former rapporteur of the Council of Europe "has evidence of this case". Defense is against. Two witnesses had paid total of more than 100,000 euros for illegal transplants. EULEX special prosecutor, Jonathan Ratel will invite the former Council of Europe rapporteur Dick Marty, as a witness in the trial for illegal transplants in the clinic "Medicus", and he stated that the Swiss has evidence of the case: "I have strong reasons to believe that Marty had evidence of the case," said Ratel.

The crimes against Serbs in Kosovo are still unsolved

The killing of children in Gorazdevac, Stolic family in Obilic, Serbs in Livadica, the harvesters in Staro Gracko are just some of the crimes committed against Kosovo Serbs, that are still unsolved. UNMIK investigators, failed to find either the perpetrators or accomplices. Progress in uncovering the truth has not been made by EULEX either.
An investigation into the killings of children in the Bistrica River in  Gorazdevac, that EULEX took over from UNMIK is closed, because investigators concluded that the mission does not have enough evidence and witnesses to discover the truth.
 EULEX spokesperson Irina Gudeljević says the unavailability of witnesses is the biggest problem.
 "If you appear on the scene of the crime ten years later you will face with the fact that people are no longer available or are unwilling to testify. Any officially closed investigation can be opened again by the prosecutor if  new evidence is available that can trigger the investigation forward. For other cases that have occurred, they are not closed, "said Gudeljević.
In the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs, they consider UNMIK responsible for the fact that perpetrators of numerous murders and attacks on the Serbs were not detected until now, who at the time when the event took place was in charge of the police and judiciary.
 "For some failures made by UNMIK and EULEX I can not take that responsibility. For me there is this maxim that justice is slow, but that the perpetrators eventually have to come out, "said Bajram Rexhepi, Kosovo's Interior Minister.
The representative of the European Movement of Serbs, Rada Trajkovic said that the destruction of evidence and witness intimidation are the main reasons that the perpetrators of crimes against the Serbs have not been discovered.
"Is it done by the locals that are installed within international institutions, by the corrupt individuals within the international mission, or the international representatives- I do not know, but the result of all this is that, unfortunately, to this day the killing of Serbs remained unpunished," said Trajkovic.
Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija and Kosovo police have asked the EULEX to take over the investigation into the killing and wounding of members of Putnik family, that occurred in Zrze near Orahovac, last weekend. However, in the EULEX thay claim that the decision about whether to take the case, has not yet been reached.
The EU mission in Kosovo confirmed that the Prosecutor of the Special team to investigate allegations of organ trafficking and his associates in the coming weeks is traveling to Albania for the purpose of bringing the investigation to clear conclusions.

PM Hashim Thaci: The Monster of Kosovo

We stumbled upon this article by an AMERICAN DEFENSE LEAGUE (ADL) about Kosovo's de facto Prime Minister Hashim Thaci regarding his involvement in organ trade, "Yellow house" and Kosovo mafia. Also there are some pretty strong accusations about Boris Yelcin taking bribe in exchange for his silence during the bombing of FRY in 1999 and his promise not to arm the Serbs, from the Swiss account of MABEX owned by Pacoli. As usual, the symbol for manipulation and funding of regime change everywhere -Soros appears here also as a supporter of Kosovo mafia. Here is the full article:

"It was Council of Europe Investigator Dick Marty’s Swiss Investigation that led to the accusation that the installed Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) terrorists were the organizers and leaders behind the kidnapping of Serbs, who were mostly young people, off the streets of Kosovo and then transporting them to the Yellow House in the Albanian mountains for the sole purpose of extracting their organs and selling them throughout Europe.

It was in 1999, after cocaine-addicted philanderer Bill Clinton’s nasty bombing of the Serbian Christians, and after the entry of KFOR into Kosovo, that the ethnic Albanians kidnapped the Serbs who remained in Kosovo and took them to that “yellow house” in Albania.

On August 29, John Clint Williamson was named lead U.S. prosecutor in a task force set up to investigate allegations that PM Hashim Thaci led the criminal network raised in a report last year by Council of Europe investigator Dick Marty.

Three days ago the Turkish prosecutor has requested a court sentence of 171 years for of the Kosovo Turkish doctor, Dr. Yusuf Sonmez,  that was involved in the contemptible business of extracting the young Serb’s organs.

The parents, brothers and sisters of the Serbs who were kidnapped and whose organs were harvested were never able to recover the bodies of their loved ones. 

The former prosecutor in The Hague, Carla Del Ponte, was the first person to trace the trade of the bodies and organs and she published it in a book called The Hunt. Then Dick Marty continued the investigation into this.  It is certain that more than one thousand Serbs were kidnapped from Kosovo, under the protection of KFOR, and taken to the “yellow house” in the mountains of Northern Albania from the hospital in Pristina within four days.

Carla Del Ponte was lucky enough to escape an assassination attempt on her life when they discovered half a ton of explosives planted in the foundations of her Palermo home.

And the plot thickens.

On September 29,  last Thursday, Witness X, Agim Zogaj, apparently committed suicide just before testifying against one of the most prominent Kosovo politicians, Fatmir Lamij,  for Kosovo War Crimes.  The same Fatmir Lamij that George Soros has reached an agreement with on the exploitation of mineral wealth in Kosovo.
Soros has funded the Albanian Mafia and with his interest in Kosovo’s mineral wealth, with the help of Fatmir Lamij and Bedjeta Pecolija, owner of MABTEKS in Lugano Switzerland, he wants to take over.  The same people who were involved in now deceased President of Russia Boris Yeltsin’s betrayal of the Serbs where $10,000,000 was transfered from the Swiss Account of MABTEKS  to a Russian account  in February, 1999, two months before the bombing of Serbia, out of which $26,000 was spent in Budapest by none other than Boris Yeltsin’s daughter Tajana Yeltsin. 

A $10,000,000 bribe was given to President Yeltsin in exchange for his silence during the bombing of Serbia, and a promise that they wouldn’t arm the Serbians.  Bribes from the Albanian mafia and foreign manipulators.

The Swiss Attorney General goes to the position of Plaintiff in the Hague.  His salary is $1,000,000.   Only to silence Carla Del Ponte.

With this level of corruption it is unlikely that PM Hashim Thaci and his KLA collaborators in crime will ever be prosecuted.  The web of deceit is embedded in the very global institutions and the global manipulators and criminals who run them.   And the monster of Kosovo and his KLA collaborators in this atrocity will have free reign to commit further crimes with impunity."

Gorazdevac: Memorial service-anniversary of the Bistrica river slaughter

Murder in Gorazdevac is one of four major crimes against the Serbs since the arrival of the international mission. The killers are not punished, as well as in three other crimes - in the Old Gracko, Obilic near Podujevo.

Unknown persons fired on the Serbian children who were swimming in the river near Gorazdevac,killing Ivan Jovovic (19) and Pantelija Dakic (13),and seriously wounding Djordje Ugrenović (20), Bogdan Bukumiric (14), Marko Bogićević (12) and Dragan Srbljak (13).

Today, as every year on this day, in the church of the Holy Virgin in Gorazdevac , Vladika Teodosije will hold a memorial service for the murdered boys.

Impending economic and humanitarian crisis


Minister of Health in the Serbian Government, Zoran Stankovic, has announced yesterday that new shipment of medicines and medical supplies is to be send to Gracanica and other Serbian enclaves in Kosovo and Metohija, on Monday August the 15th. He told the B92 TV that the hospitals in Gracanica, Strpci, Pruzani and other enclaves would be supplied with all the necessary medical equipment. He also reminded that the Government has already sent one shipment of medicines and medical supplies to Kosovo and Metohija (Kosovo) last week .

Meanwhile, Northern Kosovo Serbs are facing an impending economic and humanitarian crisis due to the lack of basic food and medical supplies. KFOR doesn't allow any vehicle to pass to the Northern part of Kosovo, so the basic supplies didn't arrive yesterday and the embargo on the goods from Serbia lasts for days now. The stores on the north of Kosovo are emptier by the day. Bread, milk, flour, oil and other supplies are missing from the store shelves.

At the same time, many of the employees of the biggest companies in the region are facing unemployment due to embargo.

Slavisa Stanic, General Secretary of the Economic Chamber of Kosovo and Metohija, stated for the newspaper "Politika" that the economy in the north is in danger of the complete collapse, because it is unable to import raw materials or to transport goods to Serbia.

Thousands of people who work in large companies, such as "Trepca", in the Factory "Lola" in Lesak , the facilities in Zubin Potok, and in the factory "Simpo" in Zubin Potok, will remain out of work.

Section of the report, which was already distributed to the ambassadors of Security Council members, states that EULEX has completed formation of a special team to deal with investigation of allegations of the Council of Europe special rapporteur, Dick Marty, and that the investigation into the links of former KLA commanders with human organ trafficking is to begin soon .


Quiet night at the barricades

Last night, as all the previous nights since the beggining of the crisis in Northern Kosovo ( Kosovo and Metohia) on the July the 25th, Serbs remained on the barricades in the village Rudare, near Zvecane, while observing all the other roads leading to Brnjak and Jarinje crossings. It was quiet, as much as it is possible since they say the words "suspense" and "tension" are two best words to describe the situation in Northern Kosovo, says the reporter of KiM radio from Kosovska Mitrovica, Sladjana Trifunovic.


Mayors of four municipalities of Northern Kosovo sent a letter to Ban Ki-moon

The Greek newspaper "Proto Thema" reports that the representatives of four municipalities of Northern Kosovo (Kosovo and Metohia) have sent a letter to Secretary-General of UN, Ban Ki-moon, in which they expressed their concerns about the security of Serbian population in this part of Kosovo (Kosovo and Metohia), after the threats of the temporary Kosovo authorities from Pristina, that they would violently integrate the north of Kosovo and bring Albanian policemen and custom officers, after the departure of the KFOR. They stressed the importance of the information they have received about the possible action of KFOR, EULEX and the Kosovo police, that could endanger the stability and the safety of the region, but also the lives of both Kosovo Serbs and the members of KFOR and EULEX. In the same letter, that was also sent to the representatives of UNMIK, EULEX, KFOR and OSCE, the mayors of four municipalities reported that the Commander of KFOR, Erhard Buler's behavior is unprofessional and under the orders of the US Ambassador in Pristina, Christopher Dell.


The Security Council session to be postponed

The Security Council session that was scheduled for August 24th will most likely be postponed due to the two-day visit of Angela Merkel to Belgrade on August 22 and 23, that would prevent the Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic from arriving to UN headquarters in New York in time. "We are currently considering the option of postponing the Security Council Session for Monday August 29th, so that the Minister Jeremic could present the official position of the Serbian authorities on the situation in Kosovo and Metohija" said the Serbian Ambassador in the UN, Fedor Starcevic.

We will have to wait until then for the Ban Ki-moon's report on the crisis in Kosmet, because he had completed his regular report before the recent events took place. Beside the Ban Ki-moon's report and information about the recent events in Kosmet, there is to be discussion,on Serbia's request, that the investigation into allegations of Dick Marty gets a UN mandate.

In the days preceding the outbreak of violence, the United Nations have stated that the situation in the north is relatively peaceful, but tensions are slowly rising, especially because the local Serb leaders have consistently expressed concern about the intentions of the Kosovo authorities to expand their operations in northern Kosovo (Kosovo and Metohia), through the actions of ROSU unit and the traffic police.

"Enver Zimberija street." Enver Zimberi was a member of a special unit ROSU who was killed during the violent try to take over administrative check-point Brnjak-Jarinje.

Italian General: "We were finding bodies of killed Serbs every morning (in Kosovo)

Rome – Mauro Del Vecchio, former General of Italian Army who led the unit of 7,000 soldiers that entered Kosovo in June of 1999 after end of NATO air strikes on Serbia told Italian ‘Panorama’ weekly that during the first three weeks of the mandate ‘reports on the found bodies of killed Serbs and Romas arrived on his table each morning’, but that was a taboo topic they were not allowed to speak about with journalists.

‘The killing continued later but not so frequently. Those that have not fled Kosovo were under permanent risk to be killed or raped. Deserted Serbian houses were leveled to the ground or set on fire. Albanians were attacking the churches and monasteries, too. Their goal

was to erase every trace of the Serbian presence in Kosovo’, Del Vecchio said. Today he is representing the Democratic Party in the Italian Senate.
The ‘Panorama’ weekly published for the first time photographs of Serbian victims made by Italian soldiers in 1999.
‘Nobody was taking Serbian bodies that were left in all possible places. Mothers and wives of abducted Serbs were pleading for their dearest to be found, but the majority of them have never been found, not even those that were dead’, Del Vecchio said.
The Italian weekly reports as a ‘horrifying fact’ that 70 percent of the total number of abducted Kosovo Serbs had disappeared after June 1999 when the war was officially over.
The magazine has also come in possession of photographs that the UNMIK soldiers found in Decani in 2003 but has not published them because they were ‘horrific’. They show the KLA members smiling with a cut off head of a Serbian reservist. Another photograph shows them putting in a bag at least two cut off heads. It is also said that at the time when the photographs were made that was the zone under command of Ramush Haradinaj. 

Kosovska Mitrovica – The health condition of injured firemen Marko Kisic and Bratislav Bozovic who sustained life injuries on Friday evening in an explosion while dealing with a fire is still serious and they are in intensive care of the hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica. Kisic is still in a critical condition.

Kosovo: organ trafficking

After years of ignored claims, organ trafficking in Kosovo has finally reached prosecutors. At least seven people have been charged on suspicion of luring poor people to sell their kidneys with false promises of cash. ­The group is said to have targeted poor people from Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania by offering them around $20,000 for coming to Kosovo to have operations performed.

In the wake of international criticism over human rights reports concerning Kosovo province  (‘independent state’ wanna-be) , Dick Marty’s report over Human Organ Trafficking was the most shocking of all. Big fish are involved in this horrible atrocity, such as Kosovo’s Prime Minister Hashim Tachi, a former guerrilla leader. Tachi’s inner circle oversaw a KLA gang that murdered and abducted Serbs to sell their kidneys and other body parts on the black market. 

His KLA- Kosovo Liberation Army, which started as a terrorist organization, ended up ,in the lawless province of Kosovo, as a regular force, revamped into ROSU- special police. This paramilitary terrorist organization is closely linked to Al Qaeda, through a men such as Al Qadi, CIA agent and close acquaintance and money launderer of Osama Bin Laden (ex-CIA agent himself who worked under the code name ‘Tim Osman’ ). 

KLA helped with founding of Al Qaeda training camps in Kosovo, Bosnia and Raska district for a joint fight against Serbs. Other than that, many of the mujahedeens trained there (quiz question- find the link with Hashim Tachi..) were caught in the USA, while committing terrorist attacks.

One of the big names in Organ Trafficking is also Xhavit Haliti, a former head of logistics for the KLA who is now a close ally of the prime minister and a senior parliamentarian in his ruling PDK party. 

Highly involved in prostitution, weapons and drugs smuggling, black-listed in many countries, this Albanian serves as political and financial adviser to the P.M. Tachi . One of the lesser known facts about Haliti and Tachi - Haliti is "linked" with the grisly murder of Ali Uka- Ali Uka, a reporter in Tirana, who supported the independence movement but criticized it in print, who was brutally disfigured with a bottle and screwdriver in 1997. His roommate at the time was Hashim Thachi.

"The government of Kosovo continues to support the strengthening of the rule of law in Kosovo, and we look forward to the cooperation of our international partners in ensuring that criminality has no place in Kosovo's development", said the Prime Minister Hashim Tachi, who has been strongly backed by NATO powers.  

It is hard to believe that head of a "mafia-like" network responsible for smuggling weapons, drugs and human organs during and after the 1998-99 Kosovo war, will be ready to drop his most profitable industry branch – Human Organ trafficking. Having no regular industry, Kosovo province under the Albanian rule, has no other means of survival and funding US Lobbyists for Kosovo’s ‘independence’.

 It is widely known in the Balkans that KLA, Albania and Hashim Tachi have been racketeered by Western powers for the NATO and political help they get. One of the most recent examples is Serbian northern province of Vojvodina. 

Although for no apparent reason (other than to make Serbia as small and weak as possible) western countries, mainly USA, UK, Germany and Hungary are lobbying for Vojvodina’s independence. 

 If you take a closer look, you will find out that Vojvodina province is a vast peaceful and fertile plain, Serbian rich pantry, hence the reason for diplomatic and economic robbery. 

KLA’s weapons,drug,and human organ trafficking money, via command of Western powers is laundered through the purchase of  hundreds of thousands of acres in Vojvodina. Most of the Vojvodina territory is bought with KLA’s dirty money through official Croatian companies. 

In the same time Monsanto is knocking at the door of the Serbian corrupt Parliament with their GMO food intended for acquired Vojvodina’s farms. As things stand, Serbs obviously can’t expect justice from international community, their organs will be sold to fund Monsanto and other neo-imperialistic needs of western companies, dickering about Kosovo’s ‘independence’ will be used to make more money from drugs, weapons and human trafficking, to further tearing of Serbia. 

Up until recently, only Serbs were aware of these terrible crimes, will anyone else except the brave Dick Marty, take an interest in them?
