What is the cost of freedom?

These days are very gloomy and cloudy, it rains a bit, then stops, the temperature is 0, but it doesn't prevent the morning program presenter to announce clear weather and temperature rising.
Well, the weather does clear up around noon, and like possessed I'm rushing to find some outdoor cafe which is open at this time of year, in the hope that it'll remain sunny after one o' clock.

The kidney in a jar for Jahjaga

One of the previous protests of the "Friends of the Kosovo Serbs"

BELGRADE: The Czech "Friends of Kosovo Serbs" have demonstrated in the center of Prague against the conference "Forum 2000", held under the auspices of Vaclav Havel from the 9th to 11th of October. It was their protest against the official invitation and participation of the so-called president of the unrecognized state of Kosovo Atifeta Jahjaga in the discussion about human rights in the world, while at the same time the international community hijacks the southern Serbian province, and holds Kosovo Serbs in the ghetto. On this occasion Atifeta Jahjaga ,whome President Vaclav Klaus refused to receive, was 'welcomed' with a human kidney and a liver in a jar, reminding her and other participants of the Forum of the unpunished crimes from "the Yellow House". http://serbiasos.blogspot.com/2011/07/why-west-supports-kosovos-main-industry.html

Once Yellow House, now painted in White...
During the protest, Czech intellectuals , as always , developed a banner "Kosovo is Serbian", considering that this is guaranteed by the the UN Resolution 1244, that ended the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. In another banner they made it clear that the unrecognized Kosovo is a heroin state. Curious passers-by, as our Czech friends wrote on their web site after the protest, either passed them by without any reaction or showed their support with thumbs up.

Gracko survivors blame NATO

Serbia S.O.S. found this great article dated back in August, 1999, on Emperor's Clothes Website.  Check it out for more great articles on former Yugoslavia.

                             Gracko survivors blame NATO

Introduction by Jared Israel (August, 1999)

The letter below written by residents of Gracko, the Kosovo town where KLA terrorists murdered 14 Serbian farmers on July 23, 1999. KFOR is of course the latest alias for NATO. NATO is in turn very much under the control of the US government. So as the late Mr. Truman said, the buck stops there

We'd love to help but...

The letter notes that Gracko residents repeatedly begged the local British KFOR (that is NATO) forces for protection. KFOR repeatedly declined. Must beg off; previously engaged. Take a rain check?

The crimes against Serbs in Kosovo are still unsolved

The killing of children in Gorazdevac, Stolic family in Obilic, Serbs in Livadica, the harvesters in Staro Gracko are just some of the crimes committed against Kosovo Serbs, that are still unsolved. UNMIK investigators, failed to find either the perpetrators or accomplices. Progress in uncovering the truth has not been made by EULEX either.
An investigation into the killings of children in the Bistrica River in  Gorazdevac, that EULEX took over from UNMIK is closed, because investigators concluded that the mission does not have enough evidence and witnesses to discover the truth.
EULEX spokesperson Irina Gudeljević says the unavailability of witnesses is the biggest problem.
"If you appear on the scene of the crime ten years later you will face with the fact that people are no longer available or are unwilling to testify. Any officially closed investigation can be opened again by the prosecutor if  new evidence is available that can trigger the investigation forward. For other cases that have occurred, they are not closed, "said Gudeljević.
In the Kosovo Ministry of Internal Affairs, they consider UNMIK responsible for the fact that perpetrators of numerous murders and attacks on the Serbs were not detected until now, who at the time when the event took place was in charge of the police and judiciary.
"For some failures made by UNMIK and EULEX I can not take that responsibility. For me there is this maxim that justice is slow, but that the perpetrators eventually have to come out, "said Bajram Rexhepi, Kosovo's Interior Minister.
The representative of the European Movement of Serbs, Rada Trajkovic said that the destruction of evidence and witness intimidation are the main reasons that the perpetrators of crimes against the Serbs have not been discovered.
"Is it done by the locals that are installed within international institutions, by the corrupt individuals within the international mission, or the international representatives- I do not know, but the result of all this is that, unfortunately, to this day the killing of Serbs remained unpunished," said Trajkovic.
Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija and Kosovo police have asked the EULEX to take over the investigation into the killing and wounding of members of Putnik family, that occurred in Zrze near Orahovac, last weekend. However, in the EULEX thay claim that the decision about whether to take the case, has not yet been reached.
The EU mission in Kosovo confirmed that the Prosecutor of the Special team to investigate allegations of organ trafficking and his associates in the coming weeks is traveling to Albania for the purpose of bringing the investigation to clear conclusions.

PM Hashim Thaci: The Monster of Kosovo

We stumbled upon this article by an AMERICAN DEFENSE LEAGUE (ADL) about Kosovo's de facto Prime Minister Hashim Thaci regarding his involvement in organ trade, "Yellow house" and Kosovo mafia. Also there are some pretty strong accusations about Boris Yelcin taking bribe in exchange for his silence during the bombing of FRY in 1999 and his promise not to arm the Serbs, from the Swiss account of MABEX owned by Pacoli. As usual, the symbol for manipulation and funding of regime change everywhere -Soros appears here also as a supporter of Kosovo mafia. Here is the full article:

"It was Council of Europe Investigator Dick Marty’s Swiss Investigation that led to the accusation that the installed Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, and the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) terrorists were the organizers and leaders behind the kidnapping of Serbs, who were mostly young people, off the streets of Kosovo and then transporting them to the Yellow House in the Albanian mountains for the sole purpose of extracting their organs and selling them throughout Europe.

It was in 1999, after cocaine-addicted philanderer Bill Clinton’s nasty bombing of the Serbian Christians, and after the entry of KFOR into Kosovo, that the ethnic Albanians kidnapped the Serbs who remained in Kosovo and took them to that “yellow house” in Albania.

On August 29, John Clint Williamson was named lead U.S. prosecutor in a task force set up to investigate allegations that PM Hashim Thaci led the criminal network raised in a report last year by Council of Europe investigator Dick Marty.

Three days ago the Turkish prosecutor has requested a court sentence of 171 years for of the Kosovo Turkish doctor, Dr. Yusuf Sonmez,  that was involved in the contemptible business of extracting the young Serb’s organs.

The parents, brothers and sisters of the Serbs who were kidnapped and whose organs were harvested were never able to recover the bodies of their loved ones.

The former prosecutor in The Hague, Carla Del Ponte, was the first person to trace the trade of the bodies and organs and she published it in a book called The Hunt. Then Dick Marty continued the investigation into this.  It is certain that more than one thousand Serbs were kidnapped from Kosovo, under the protection of KFOR, and taken to the “yellow house” in the mountains of Northern Albania from the hospital in Pristina within four days.

Carla Del Ponte was lucky enough to escape an assassination attempt on her life when they discovered half a ton of explosives planted in the foundations of her Palermo home.

And the plot thickens.
Fatmir Limaj and Hashim Thaci
Behgjet Pacolli and Hashim Thaci
On September 29,  last Thursday, Witness X, Agim Zogaj, apparently committed suicide just before testifying against one of the most prominent Kosovo politicians, Fatmir Lamij,  for Kosovo War Crimes.  The same Fatmir Lamij that George Soros has reached an agreement with on the exploitation of mineral wealth in Kosovo.
Soros has funded the Albanian Mafia and with his interest in Kosovo’s mineral wealth, with the help of Fatmir Lamij and Bedjeta Pecolija, owner of MABTEKS in Lugano Switzerland, he wants to take over.  The same people who were involved in now deceased President of Russia Boris Yeltsin’s betrayal of the Serbs where $10,000,000 was transfered from the Swiss Account of MABTEKS  to a Russian account  in February, 1999, two months before the bombing of Serbia, out of which $26,000 was spent in Budapest by none other than Boris Yeltsin’s daughter Tajana Yeltsin.

A $10,000,000 bribe was given to President Yeltsin in exchange for his silence during the bombing of Serbia, and a promise that they wouldn’t arm the Serbians.  Bribes from the Albanian mafia and foreign manipulators.

The Swiss Attorney General goes to the position of Plaintiff in the Hague.  His salary is $1,000,000.   Only to silence Carla Del Ponte.

With this level of corruption it is unlikely that PM Hashim Thaci and his KLA collaborators in crime will ever be prosecuted.  The web of deceit is embedded in the very global institutions and the global manipulators and criminals who run them.   And the monster of Kosovo and his KLA collaborators in this atrocity will have free reign to commit further crimes with impunity."

One Serb kiled, another wounded in an ambush in Kosovo

Aleksandar Putnik (51) from Velika Hoca died in hospital in Prizren from received wounds. He and his 25 year-old son Dobrica were shot in the back around 2:30 last night in a village near Orahovac, Zrze.
His son was wounded in hand and stomach and his state is not life-threatening.

The father was the first that got shot. His son Dobrica was shot in the neck from a hunting rifle, while trying to help him, and according to KIM radio information he got wounded in the arm too.

Dobrica, after being wounded, managed to race in the car, drove a few hundred meters, after which the car flew off the road and overturned.

Mayor of Orahovac Marian Saric said in a statement to KIM Radio that the injured Dobrica, who after being wounded is taken cared for in hospital in Prizren, has lost much blood and has shrapnel all over his body, but that he is out of life danger. According to Saric's words, the body of the murdered Alexander Putnik is sent for the autopsy to Pristina.

"This is a great tragedy. We are living in fear for 12 years. This is another in a series of incidents and attacks that makes it clear that we are not protected, "Saric said.
Kosovo police spokesman for the region of Prizren, Hazir Berisha said that the father and son were shot last night just after midnight when they left the restaurant. He didn't mantion possible motive for the attack.

"It is believed that these people were shot in an ambush as they emerged from the restaurant. The police closed crime scene investigation and raided several locations in the vicinity of the restaurant in Zrze, where the killing and wounding occurred," said Berisha.

According to unofficial statements the Serbs were shot from a 7.62 millimeter weapon, probably made in China. Shots were fired from a moving vehicle.

Violence has flared again in Northern Kosovo after NATO troops brutally dispersed a crowd of Serbian protesters [on their own homeland]  at a makeshift roadblock, firing live ammunition at peaceful demonstrators, and have now established an armed presence in the area.
Over 100 KFOR troops arrived at the scene on Friday and forced the Serbs to leave the then-intact barricade, threatening the use of lethal force. KFOR said they would shoot anyone who failed to comply. They also ordered journalists to leave the immediate area.  NATO’s force in Kosovo has said it will shoot to kill anyone who crosses a barricaded area near the disputed checkpoint on Serbia's border with Kosovo, reports RT’s Aleksey Yaroshevsky.
Allied pro-Kosovo forces then brought in bulldozers and demolished the barricade built by ethnic Serbs on the Kosovo side of the border with Serbia.

But Serbs at the remaining barricades say they will not leave their positions.
We have lost a battle, but not the whole war,” they told RT.
The  Serbs added that their move to erect barricades in Kosovo is driven by fear that Belgrade might abandon them in pursuit of EU membership.
Ethnic Serbs are more determined than ever to show that they do not wish to be part of the Kosovo republic.
"They are telling us to leave but we have nowhere to go," explained Petra, a local resident. “This is because Kosovo is our land, our home and our life. It seems that we are on our own now and we will stand our ground.”
After peacefully retreating from the barricades, the Serbs established another makeshift checkpoint by putting two large trucks on a bridge, thus blocking access to northern Kosovo for the KFOR troops.

The situation remains tense but not violent with Serbs pulling back and grouping at a nearby bridge block post. The barricade secured by NATO troops is just one of about half a dozen constructed by Serbs, so the stand-off is continuing and an escalation of tension remains a possibility. RT’s correspondent reports that he saw a group of Serbs tearing down a road sign posted by KFOR, indicating that their fighting spirit is far from lost.
Still, more than 10 wounded people remain in hospital in the town of Mitrovice after Tuesday’s clashes with KFOR forces. Some of them have bullet wounds.

RT spoke to them to get first-hand information about the clashes.
We were standing by the barricade when the soldiers started shouting and shooting at us,” recalls injured Aleksander Radunovic. “I did not know what they were shooting with so I got scared and started running away. Then I thought I had been hit on the shoulder, but it turned out I had received a perforating wound of my lung.

Significantly, KFOR and NATO are trying to convince the public that they only used rubber bullets and tear gas grenades against the Serbs to pacify them. But doctors in the local hospital told RT that the patients have unmistakable gunshot wounds.
“We received seven men in a serious condition: gunshot wounds, fractures and bruises – they were not rubber bullets, not a single one of them had rubber bullet wounds,” revealed the head surgeon of Mitrovica hospital, Radomir Ivankovic. “All those wounds were caused by regular bullets which we extracted from the bodies [of injured].

The conflict zone in Kosovska Mitrovica is split between the Albanians and the Serbs, and as RT’s crew witnessed last night, the latter are currently reinforcing their barricades with fresh piles of sandbags being placed across roads to block access to KFOR forces and the Kosovo police.
NATO helicopters are bringing additional troops to the conflict zone, and are reported to be flying over the border crossings approximately every 30 minutes.
There has been a strong international response on this week’s developments in Kosovo.
The US has accused Serbs of provoking violence, while the Russian Foreign ministry has expressed deep concern over the situation in Kosovo, saying that this conflict, largely perceived as a border incident, could destabilize the situation in the whole region.
Russia’s envoy to NATO, Dmitry Rogozin, has criticized NATO for a crude breach of the UN resolution on Kosovo, saying the alliance has failed to remain neutral.
In this situation, NATO has definitely taken Pristina’s side,Rogozin told Russia’s TV channel Rossiya 24.

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has also expressed deep concern over news suggesting an emergency carriage taking the injured to hospital was fired on by Kosovo forces during Tuesday clashes at the disputed checkpoint.

On Wednesday, members of the United Nations Security Council gathered for emergency consultations in New York to discuss the situation in southern Serbia, but failed to reach a common stance on the conflict in the turbulent region.
On Thursday, Kosovo's Interior Minister Bajram Rexhepi said that roadblocks put up by local Serbs will be removed, pledging, though, that ethnic Albanian-dominated authorities will make no unilateral moves, AP reports. The removal of barriers is “inevitable” as they prevent “freedom of movement for people and goods,'' the minister said, adding that any action would be coordinated with the NATO-led KFOR forces and the European Union mission.

They shot at us while we carried the wounded

- Such thing is unheard of elsewhere, to shoot at people carrying wounded man! We were carrying a man who was wounded in the leg towards the ambulance. I have never seen such an open fracture. His bone has raptured all the way through, and they were shooting at us. I never felt when the bullet hit me in the chin. All of a sudden I was in a semiconscious state- says for "Blic" 31-year-old Mladen Antonijevic, who was wounded at the administrative crossing Jarinje by the shots fired by KFOR soldiers.

Beside Antonijevic , in the trauma ward of the hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica there are also Alexander Radunovic (35), Sasa Stanojevic Nebojsa Radojicic (38), Stevo Petronijević (44) and Milan Premović (44).

- I was shot first. Two bullets in the leg and one in the shoulder. However, most importantly, I am now well - Sasa Stanojevic said, adding that as soon as he recovers, he will again be at the barricades if nothing changes for the better.

The doctors have assessed as the most serious injuries those of Radunović Alexander. The bullet hit him in the left lung, and he was operated.

- I have two children, son and old daughter. I do not like to be on the barricades. None of us likes it. But I have to give my children a future in this our country - Radunovic speaks slowly as we see his face in spasm from pain.

And Nebojsa Radojicic has the same opinion.

- I have three sons, 6, 11 and 16 year-old. All three are athletes, I teach them such a life. I do not want my sons to be at the barricades, I need to provide them with the future - said Radojicic, who was wounded in the abdomen and right lower leg.

The bullet hit Radojicic while, as he says, he was in a shelter. It was him that Antonijevic was carrying to ambulance when he got shot in right side of his jaw.

All wounded Serbs say that as soon as they recover and leave the hospital once again they will be at the barricades to defend the survival of their people in Kosovo.

"Your wire, our barricades "

On the administrative crossing Jarinje yesterday morning was quiet. At the base of KFOR there were two carriers parked, and helicopters flew over from time to time from the Croatian unit . Wearing full war equipment ,German soldiers were observing some thirty gathered Serbs who were peacefully protesting about thirty meters from their position. The Serbs were standing on a three-meter high barricade and shouted: "Your wire, our barricades ."

Russia opposed the Albanians in Serbia and Kosovo conflict

Russian Foreign Ministry expressed concern over the next surge of tension in Kosovo , where the clashes continue for the second day between the population of Serbian enclaves and units of NATO forces in Kosovo.

Alexander Lukashevich official representative of the Department of Information and Press of the Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement: ""Another outburst of tension in Kosovo confirmed the warning, that we in Russia expressed repeatedly, of the dangerous consequences of claims of Pristina (Kosovo unofficial government - prim.RBK) for control of the administrative line between the province and the rest of Serbia. Indulging the Kosovo Albanian side contributes to its aggressiveness , unwillingness to seek compromise solutions, for the legitimate interests of all ethnic groups living in Kosovo ", - said A. Lukashevich.

"Let me remind You, 27 September 2011. Serbs living in Kosovo have opposed attempts of Pristina to establish control over a number of control checkpoints in the north. NATO troops, who represent the forces in Kosovo, tried to bring the situation under control. The result was a series of collisions during which there were injured from both sides. "

The Kosovo government has not established control at border crossings Brnjak and Jarinje in the northern areas of Kosovo. An attempt to do so in July 2011. did not succeed and has led to the mass protest of Serbs. The situation has stabilized after the intervention of KFOR, which currently holds control of the crossing September 7 this year Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci announced that in the second half of September 2011. at border crossings of Brnjak and Jarinje will be placed customs officers and border police forces.

Press Release of SNC of North Kosovo and Metohija

Serbian National Council of the North of Kosovo and Metohija

Unprovoked attack against unarmed Serbs at the administrative crossing Jarinje, is a fascist-like  act of American and German members of NATO. Together with EULEX, NATO has a role of the military service to Albanian separatists, as well as being an armed and strong support to the cause of persecuting the remaining Serbs and establishing a criminal state of Albanian terrorists, known American and NATO allies during the 1999 bombing and colaborators of ocupational forces in the WWII.

With fascist coloured homicidal lust, American and German soldiers fired live ammunition not only to participants in peaceful protest at the barricades, but the ambulances with wounded Serbs, as well as the medical staff who came to help the wounded.

NATO has committed crime against Serbs in Jarinje, and the reaction of Serbian state leadership, is to  call the unarmed participants of peaceful protest on the barricades, by order of the West, for "restraint", is rough, unsustainable and very harmful substitution of theses for the Serbs.

Following such unsustainable statement from the President of Serbia, following an armed attack of U.S. and German troops against Serbs in Jarinje, the German government immediately resorted to even more open and rougher substitution of theses and shamelessly announced that "the use of force against the soldiers of KFOR, by Serbian extremists, is not acceptable and that Belgrade must send a clear word to those who are responsible for the outbreak of violence." Belgrade did so, but those "clear words" were wrongly and 'upside-down'  addressed, so that the call for restraint was sent to Serbs, who were victims of violence, instead of American and German soldiers who fired live ammunition at participants in peaceful protest  seriously wounding seven Serbs .

Encouraged by President Tadic's statement, as well as the German government, reacted the European Union, which "condemned the violence against members of the international community in the north," so that the victims of armed violence by the  American and German soldiers were blithely appointed as bullies.

Demolition of barricades and armed attack on Serbs in Jarinje happened only a day after a statement by Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac that "international forces movement should be enabled troughout the whole province," and immediately after an armed attack against the Serbs, the EU said that  "the barricades are restricting freedom of movement and must be removed" . In any case, we see many similarities in the statements of Serbian officials and the West, where many stands of Belgrade serve as an alibi for anti-Serb actions in Kosovo and Metohija.

KFOR shooting live ammo on Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija

Jarinje 13:53

KFOR threw tear gas and stun grenades at the gathered  Serbs in Jarinje. There are injured. KFOR soldiers removed the barricades on the alternative road to Jarinje. Here we see the picture of KFOR soldier provoking by removing the Serbian flag from the barricades in Jarinje.

New clashes occurred after local Serbs threw stones at KFOR toward Macon as a truck was brought in front of the barbed wire that the KFOR troops placed to block the alternative road to central Serbia. KFOR then responded with a lot of tear gas and rubber bullets. ( we'll see about that later...) TANJUG team car was damaged by rubber bullets.

After that KFOR shot at the ambulance and doctors when they came to pick up the injured Serbs. In spite of the shooting, 3 ambulance cars managed to transport 7 injured people ( 6 wounded and 1 with eye problem due to exposition to tear gas) to the Hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica where they were taken care of.

Health condition of seven injured Serbs is still difficult, but according to the doctors in Kosovska Mitrovica their injuries are not life threatening.

The first wounded, who was transported to the hospital was hit by rubber bullets, while other injured have bullet wound, it was announced in the  Kosovska Mitrovica hospital. According to statements of the hospital staff, Aco Radulovic suffered the most serious injuries, he was shot in the stomach and spine. Other than Radulovic, in the clashes with KFOR  Milan Premovic and Stevo Petronijevic were also injured.

Deputy spokesman for KFOR, Kai Gudenoge said that the soldiers were forced to fire rubber bullets on the Serbs in "self defense" ??? Well that really doesn't explain the bullets found on the X-rays of the injured, does it? Why such animosity?! Didn't they like the Serbian hospitality? So we feed them cabbage and home made bread and that's how they repay...

The X-rays clearly show small bore bullets! Evidence that KFOR fired live ammunition!

KIM Radio has learned that one of the injured- Mladen Antonijevic, was wounded when the bullet hit him in the jaw as he tried to bring one of the injured to the ambulance. Antonijevic has a broken jaw and he is in stable condition at Health Center Kosovska Mitrovica. The names of three other injured have not yet been announced.

Director of the Health Centre in Kosovska Mitrovica, Milan Jakovljevic said that up to 14:00  the health department received seven people who were injured earlier today in Jarinje, and hospital appeals to blood donors to donate blood.

Meanwhile, KFOR has expanded its base over the administrative crossing Jarinje and in the afternoon four helicopters arrived with reinforcement soldiers.

"Serbian President is very concerned about the conflict (?? and again?) and the worsening security situation in northern Kosovo. (Hmm, not like he didn't have ample time to deal with those threats...)
He calls on Kosovo Serbs to show the much needed peace and restraint, condemns use of force and calls for calm, "because the preservation of peace and dialogue is the only way to solve the problem."

Tadic added that the international forces are there to defend the unarmed citizens, and not to clash with them."I call on KFOR to the maximum restraint," says the president of Serbia.

Tadic stressed that KFOR troops have to be status neutral and must not use force against citizens, and the Kosovo Serbs to maintain composure and not fall for provocations.

"No problem can not be solved by violence, and bringing people's lives at risk is no contribution to defending our interests. The value of human lives is above all else and must be preserved," Tadic said, as quoted by the Press Service of the President of Serbia. .

The current situation at the crossing Jarinje is peaceful, but tense.
Several dozen people are still gathered near the crossing.
KFOR controls the crossing, and the number of troops on their arrival by helicopter at about 15 pm are no longer increasing. Several dozen people still stands on the asphalt road, on the Ibar highway near the crossing.

It is peaceful  in Leposavić also. Serbs are gathered on the barricade at a place called Vodice where neither KFOR, nor EULEX vehicles are allowed to pass, but only civilian cars.

The atmosphere is very tense and people are very tense.

Kosovo Serbs in a Trap

Since the end of the 78-day long 1999 campaign of NATO air raids against Yugoslavia, Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija remain locked in a ghetto, with no defense from their own statehood. The withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers – the only force in the province that could realistically be expected to guarantee the security of the local Serbian community and other minorities – killed the Kosovo Serbs' last hope for any kind of on-site protection. These days they find themselves living in a NATO trap built by KFOR and the Albanian separatist “administration” backed Eulex whose only goal is to strengthen the institutions of the “independent” Kosovo.

The northern part of Kosovo, where the population is predominantly Serbian, emerged as a bastion of the Serbs' resistance to the illegitimate Pristina authorities. Serbs in Kosovo have to live under de facto war-time conditions, permanently struggling for survival and lacking elementary guarantees of personal safety and rights to their property. In the summer of 2011, at the same time Gadhafi's regime was being uprooted in Libya, Albanian separatists supported by KFOR provoked a new round of tensions in Kosovo. As the temperature of the conflict was rising, NATO outrageously overstepped the limits set by UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and launched an offensive which clearly fit into the alliance's eastbound expansion strategy.

At the first phase of the offensive, the Albanian Rosu special forces attempted to seize the Jarinje and Brnjak border crossings in the northern part of Kosovo, but their attack was repelled. Though Kosovo started to maintain a unified customs zone back in 2000, the two crossings retained a special status. Eulex staff ran the Jarinje and Brnjak crossings since the establishment of the mission. The UN Secretary General's six-point plan approved by the UN Security Council gave exclusive control over the two checkpoints to an internationally operated customs service.

In July, 2011, Pristina tried to break the rules, but Serbs made the Rosu special forces retreat and blocked the crossings' roads. Having taken control over the crossings, NATO declared them restricted military areas and threatened to use lethal force in case they came under attack. As a result, the NATO blockade cut the Kosovo Serbs off the rest of Serbia, and Pristina imposed an embargo on supplies coming from the Serbian mainland, putting the Serbian population residing in the north of Kosovo on the brink of a humanitarian disaster.

The West shows no signs of reaction to the threat of genocide facing a whole population. The blockade which already counts six weeks has also caused considerable financial damage to Serbia. The Serbian community's only functioning supply inlets at the moment are the so-called alternative crossings via which the people bring in food and medications, which is the only reason why disaster could be averted so far. Therefore, it is currently of great importance to prevent NATO and KFOR from having the alternative crossings sealed. Another Serbian community's problem that takes the cooperation of Belgrade to resolve is fuel shortage, but the administration of Serbia seems unwilling to organize an adequate fuel supply.

The official Belgrade's involvement is limited to wasteful talks about search for compromise and negotiations with Pristina during which the administration of Serbia has already made a series of completely unwarranted concessions. The readiness of the Kosovo Serbs to safeguard the northern part of the breakaway province, however, came as a shock to both Belgrade and the West, and the situation stayed in a frozen condition for over a month. Propelled to power due to the Western diplomatic support, Serbia's ruling political group which used to capitulate on essentially every occasion now has to at least imitate eagerness to side with the Kosovo Serbs. Even that proved to be a serious challenge as the West keeps Belgrade under pressure and has no intention to allow it to save face. So far the negotiations produced a deal by which KFOR would be delivering “border policemen” and “Kosovo customs officers” to the crossings in the north of Kosovo by KFOR copters. In other words, NATO is as usual helping Kosovo separatists convert an administrative border into one between countries, which promises the Kosovo Serbs further isolation.

In late August – early September, 2011, the Kosovo police service, NATO (KFOR), and Eulex carried out searches in the north of Kosovo which allegedly led to confiscations of large arsenals. Based on the dubious evidence, Albanians bluntly claim that whatever concerns Kosovo has to be regarded as their “domestic” affair and whatever they do in coordination with the international community is up to them, while Kosovo “premier” H. Thaci's propaganda portrays the leaders of the Kosovo Serbian community as criminal elements. Thaci even threatened that Pristina would issue international arrest warrants for those whom it suspects of inciting riots, thus referring to the leaders who are defending Serbia's statehood in Kosovo and Metohija. In the meantime B. Tadic's administration, in line with its strategy of surrendering Kosovo without much ado, stays out of the game and lets the architects of the new world order have their way.

Germany's Angela Merkel woke up the Serbian administration by pushing for a de facto escalation of the conflict and demanding to eliminate the “parallel institutions” in the north of Kosovo, which is the West's cynical term for what remained of the Kosovo Serbian self-government and Serbia's statehood in the province. The emboldened Albanians are teaching Belgrade how it should abdicate from the Serbs of northern Kosovo. Kosovo “minister of the internal” Bajram Rexhepi said the Albanian administration did not expect Belgrade to take the step voluntarily but still expected it to stop supporting the Kosovo Serbs financially, and would take drastic measures otherwise. He indicated that elections would be held after which the Kosovo administration would be dealing with “legitimate partners”. A new round of talks, with Borko Stefanovic at the helm on Serbia's side, produced curious results: as of November 1, documents and car license plates issued in Serbia would become invalid in Kosovo and all Kosovo residents would have to obtain “independent” Kosovo IDs. All Serbian institutions in Kosovo would lose legitimacy as a part of the package.

An agreement between Belgrade and Pristina on customs stamps was penned on September 2, 2011. In the process, Serbia's administration clumsily pretended that, due to the absence of the title “The Republic of Kosovo” on the stamps, the deal was not tantamount to a recognition of the Kosovo customs authority. Kosovo Serbs' leader Marko Jaksic remarked sarcastically on the occasion that even putting on the stamps a portrait of Serbia's King Dusan theMighty would not obscure the fact that their very existence invites being interpreted as a confirmation of the Kosovo independence. He stressed that since 1999 the Kosovo Serbs felt that they could count on S. Milosevic, V. Kostunica, and even the pro-Western Z. Dindic, but never on B. Tadic who readily takes commands from Eulex and KFOR and ignores the calls from his own people locked in a ghetto in Kosovo and Metohija.

http://serbiasos.blogspot.com/2011/09/russian-ambassador-in-belgrade-are_16.html Serbia's deputy premier and minister of internal affairs I. Dacic explains that the pledge to never recognize Kosovo is all talk which actually translates as the intention to recognize anything short of the Kosovo independence. “Leader of the pseudopatriotic Serbian Progressive Party T. Nikolic says the EU will not set the recognition of Kosovo as a prerequisite for Serbia's admission. It certainly will not – rather, it will demand that we abolish our institutions in Kosovo, consent to customs control, etc., which is practically the same”, says Dacic who demands that Serbia's politicians tell the nation honestly what is happening.

KFOR plans to use military force to remove barricades in Kosovo and to reign in the occasionally violent mass protests. The German army sent two armored bulldozers to remove the improvised fortifications built by Serbs on the roads to Kosovska Mitrovica. The German forces and a reserve German-Austrian battalion are quartered in Novo Selo. On September 19, German and Austrian servicemen attempted to install a checkpoint on the Kosovska Mitrovica – Zubin Potok road but were blocked by heavily loaded Serbian trucks and eventually had to retreat. The same day KFOR showered Kosovo and Metohija with leaflets saying that building barricades and blocking roads were illegal, and Eulex chief Xavier de Marnhac demanded that the Serb's barricades be bulldozed. Water canons for dispersing protesters will be delivered to Kosovo by early October.

The continuation of the NATO expansion and separatist Pristina's impunity, combined with Belgrade's servility and betrayal of national interests, reached such proportions that Russian ambassador to Serbia A.V. Konuzin urged Belgrade in a strongly worded statement at the Serbian Security Forum to provide protection for Kosovo and Metohija at a level adequate to the threats stemming from the current developments. Konuzin spoke in response to the criticism voiced during the debate according to which Russia contributed a destabilizing influence and, siding with Serbia, acted exclusively in keeping with its own interests.

It should be noted in the context that Serbia hosts a total of around 1,600 (!) NGOs which draw funding from the West and target audiences in all segments of the country's society. The agendas of the NGOs mandatorily include a mix of negative portrayal of Russia and aggressive marketing of the Anglo-Saxon culture. Konuzin said that Russia would continue to stand by Serbia's side regardless of the interests of those Serbs who want to see the country put under foreign control and stressed that speakers at the Forum avoided mentioning the fact that right as the debate was going on NATO and KFOR were violating the UN Security Council Resolution 1244. Konuzin's comment reflected with utmost clarity the position officially held by Moscow. He remarked a number of times previously that the UN Security Council Resolution 1244 had been trampled underfoot by the Pristina administration and that its steps undermined the security of the residents of Kosovo and the broader Balkan region along with the international security as a whole. The message delivered by Konuzin at the Belgrade Security Forum resonated with Serbia's society. As a Serbian media outlet wrote, “There is no real Serb who does not want Konuzin, the man who in a concise statement taught the Serbian administration a lesson on properly defending Serbdom, to be his friend or a guest at his home”. As Russia's UN ambassador V. Churkin stated unequivocally at the September 16 UN Security Council meeting, the worst part of the problem at the moment is that KFOR and Eulex are overstepping the bounds set by their mandates, their anti-Serbian operations in Kosovo are unacceptable, and Pristina's plans create serious risks and can lead to fighting and bloodshed.

The Serbs of Kosovo and Metohija are determined to stand by their northern Kosovo homeland, and Russia is prepared to keep supporting them internationally. Belgrade's position, however, is at the heart of the problem. The Serbian society deems unacceptable the administration's neglect for its constitutional obligations to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia, and, by the way, even Albanians are wary of Belgrade conduct when it enters into agreements with them and immediately moves on to present the deals as something different from what they really are.

It should be noted as a final remark that, acting along the whole “instability line” and staying involved in a variety of manageable local and regional conflicts, since the late 1990ies – early 2000ies NATO has been launching both major missions like bombing campaigns against sovereign countries and relatively limited-scale operations. In Kosovo, NATO maintains Camp Bondsteel, a powerful infrastructure for future serious strategic initiatives, which is currently used to give protection to the global drug trafficking flows traversing Kosovo, to separatist groups, and to the renamed but still not disarmed Kosovo Liberation Army which turned the province, with the exception of its northern part, into an ethnically cleansed territory. NATO is the muscle behind the separation of Kosovo from Serbia, and its presence in the province is tantamount to the occupation of a part of a sovereign country. Besides, NATO is the catalyst for a pan-European crisis and a threat to the physical survival of Serbs in the north of Kosovo and Metohija. The recent developments in the region, moreover, erode the positions of Russia and create conditions ever more conductive to NATO seizures of territories and resources belonging to sovereign countries.

Serbia and the EU - Dancing with the Devil

After the recent events in Kosovo, and after the EU's stand on cavorting with Albanian terrorist elements and insulting the Serbs in what is after all an integral part of the Republic of Serbia, as the EU works with the USA to sideline Serbia as a major player in the Balkans, what use is the European Union to the Serbs?

If the European Union, the United Nations Organization and NATO - the mainstay of the so-called international community (and I do not use the term World Community on purpose) - are not trying to insult Serbia and the psyche of the Serbian people to the core, it certainly seems like it. In recent days we have seen US Apache helicopters flying over Northern Kosovo to intimidate the Serbian population (after all, we have seen what they can do against unarmed civilians in Libya), we have seen Albanian terrorist attacks against Serbian civilians and we have seen an alleged case, reported in the Serbian press, of German KFOR members turning away a very sick elderly Serbian man in an ambulance so that he could not get to hospital. So what gives?

True, we now discover that Kosovo has gold and that a British mining company has interests there.

Well, surprise, surprise, since it did not have oil, now the story starts to fit into the geopolitical jigsaw puzzle these days where interests and resources coveted by the greedy few set imperialistic and colonialist approaches into full swing, yet again. It seems that little changes, if anything. We have the British and French drawing lines on maps in Libya and holding conferences to steal its resources as the international community looks the other way and what do we have in Kosovo? After the September 15 agreement expired for KFOR's force to remain in place in northern Kosovo, already by September 16 it was apparent that the Albanian elements were planning to take over the Serbian checkpoints, in effect cutting this Serbian province off from the rest of the country. In case anyone has forgotten, Kosovo is Serbia.

KFOR it seems was part of this demonic plan, for KFOR elements closed the crossing at Jarinje on September 14 and set up signposts "Stop or you will be shot". Next we discover that Croatian members of KFOR and EULEX are transporting Albanians to northern Kosovo checkpoints. (What are the Croatians doing there? Surely their very presence is a provocation after the way they started behaving in the Balkans Wars and their attitude since, complete with an identity crisis as they deny their Slavic roots and try to change vocabulary almost daily, claiming they are Germanic. Try Chinese, it would be closer to the truth).

As regards the ambulance mentioned above, it was reported by the local KIM radio and quoted in the press that the German KFOR troops did not allow an ambulance from KBC Kosovska Mitrovica to cross the Jarinje checkpoint from the Serbian province of Kosovo. The patient inside was "seriously ill," according to the reports.

The violence then escalated - at 02.38 local time on September 17, Albanian terrorists opened fire on Serbian civilians at a checkpoint while the KFOR and EULEX elements looked on doing nothing. The terrorists were firing from the nearby village of Cupra but NATO's forces, as usual, looked the other way. After all, in Libya, we have seen how NATO cavorts with terrorists for its own dirty deeds to be done by proxy.

And after all this, Serbia is to join the EU? It becomes crystal clear that the patience of the Serbian people must be elastic. With a leadership like they have, who needs enemies? Or could it be that the Serbian youth has no mettle and is more interested in beer than preventing their nation from being humiliated in this way? Surely there is a political alternative for them to follow?

Do you think Kontuzin's speech would instigate some sense of shame in Serbian politicians?
Russian ambassador in Belgrade left the Security Forum, unsatisfied with the debate. Konuzin criticized the other participants, because nobody on the panel raised the issue of Kosovo’s customs officials headed for the checkpoints of Brnjak and Jarinje, which is about to be disscused on UN Security Council.
“I’m confused. NATO, KFOR and EULEX are planning to bring Kosovars customs officers at the crossings in Northern Kosovo, and thus violate their mandate, Resolution 1244 and UN Security Council decision from 2008, and yet the audience did not even raise one question about it. Are there any Serbs in this room, do you care about the destiny of your compatriots?”, asked the Konuzin.

Reminding the audience, that in a few hours, the UN Security Council will take up this issue, Konuzin said that Russia, together with the head of the Serbian diplomacy, will be there, defending the interests of Serbia.

“NATO and EU will be against your national interests, but I have an impression that you do not care,” said the Russian ambassador.

Konuzin commented on the criticisms made during the debate, in which it was pointed out that Russia works only on the basis of interest.

“Tell me which interests Russian volunteers had when they came to fight with you?” asked Konuzin.

“Russia has interests. And who doesn’t? We invest in your country, although some Serbs want to put your country under control. We have interests, but our interests overlap with yours,” said a Russian ambassador.

Ambassador’s speech was interupted by the panel’s moderator Ivan Vejovda, and after a brief discussion the Russian ambassador turned to the audience and asked if he could continue to talk.

After the audience refused it, he demonstratively left the hall.

Well I feel ashamed...Why do Serbs always wait for Russia to 'save' or 'defend' them, when our own government does no such thing?

Kosovska Mitrovica – to inform our Serbian brothers and sisters, first of all our martyrs from Kosovo, and the entire Serbian public – about the obvious and well documented announced aggression by NATO forces and separatists in the Shiptar-Free Serbian north of Kosovo, which will be attempted today – Our Kosovar brothers are organising a massive total blockade of all roads and crossings in the North!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The method of resistance which our brothers and sisters in Serbian Kosovo are using towards the occupiers at the moment is purely peaceful and „Gandhi"-like. This notice applies primarily to the brothers and sisters from Serbia, and to all Orthodox and fraternal countries as well, who are now rushing towards, or are already in Serbian Kosovo – they are required to unquestionably accept this way of legal civil resistance (disobedience) of our Serbian people from Kosovo – and to unconditionally listen to the commands of Serbian Crisis Staff and trusted local Serbian leaders. Please do not make this situation harder than it is and do not endanger the position of Serbian population in Kosovo with any reckless action – please fortify Serbian human shield barricades – and do not give any reason for the armed repression of the occupiers against defenseless Serbian population in Kosovo! Not only at the Free Serbian north, but also those in the occupied Serbian enclaves …

Our strongest weapon in this unfair fight between the Serbian „David“ and the invaders „Goliath“ is just a mass civil disobedience, passive physical resistance, to get an attention from domestic and international public and media focus on the suffering of Serbs in Kosovo. We have already managed to achieve the latter– the focus of the wider national and international public and media is now back in Kosovo – and thus we spoiled the main asset of NATO Shiptar insidious invaders – to complete the dirty work in silence, under the ‘cover of darkness’. All their plans now fell into the water – according to our reliable sources, mutual suspicions and clashes emerged (because of the exposed details of their plans that we announced two days ago), not only between Siptar factions and security services – but between Shiptar and NATO as well, servants and their masters..

Therefore, it is now extremely important to maintain a cool head, but remain consistent and courageous in our heroic struggle for basic human freedom and national dignity of our disenfranchised people in Kosovo. Throughout the process, unfortunately, in addition to the occupier, we should not have any confidence in Tadic’s regime, which has recently tried to legitimize a false Shiptar state signatures in Brussels. For Tadic’s regime Serbian Kosovo is only a burden on their imaginary and demented way to EU, „ballast“ that they, along with any other of our national values (which are already sold out), are ready to obediently sacrifice, in order to achieve their own political interests and colonial agenda of their Euro-Atlantic masters.

Our editorial staff has reliable information that in the preparation of destabilizing the North and providing excuses for the occupiers for the „full“ military aggression against the north, along with the western secret services and Shiptar,Tadic’s regime and his secret services are also actively involved. Along the way, some European anarchists, and members of the so-called „Communist International“ are targets for the recruiting, in addition to foreign mercenaries, and well-meaning and naive Serbian patriots. Under these plans, these individuals would be misused for the escalation of a wider conflict with the largest armed force in the world, with NATO, and then withdrawn from Kosovo (or killed), and the Serbian population in Kosovo would be left in the lurch, exposed to the permanent ethnic cleansing from their ancestral homes . Which would subsequently give a ‘legitimacy’ to anti-Serbian President Boris Tadic to publicly renounce Serbian Kosovo, and accept „the actual situation on the ground“, as he had done countless times before.

Any normal person should ask herself, why would a legitimate Serbian State use any illegitimate moves to protect its legitimate national territory, national interests and its citizens? Although the Serbian state doesn’t have powerful army as we had in previous years, it still has a very powerful paramilitary Gendarmerie-like units, and each has a constitutional, God and the human right to mobilize and arm the territorial defense units-both in the central Serbia, and the occupied territories of our Serbian state.

It is also indicative that: The occupation plans, which were revealed to the public on the pages of this blog thanks to Mr. Drecun, and the above-mentioned activities of Western and Serbian secret services overlap in many details – and represent an occupation and Serbian ethnic cleansing of the North!

In the following days, many unpleasant facts about the serbian regime will be unmask and expose the dirty role of Tadic’s regime in the betrayal of our national interests. We are not currently in a situation to present all the facts at our disposal for reasons of security of our sources. All citizens of Serbia, in need of legal state aid and advice on these events, we advise you to contact the Russian embassy, which is familiar with the whole situation and working on a „resolution“ of the situation in our national interest-,as well as state agencies of Serbian Republic, which in this situation is the only fully functional and real Serbian state. Unfortunately, the official Belgrade is just another NATO protectorate like Pristina and Podgorica.

Details of the new action in northern Kosovo after the 16th September!

We stumbled upon this alarming news, where else but on the page of Facebook Reporter, and we thought it would be wise to inform both the domestic and foreign public about it...

1. Participation of combat helicopters "Apache",
2. Two large boats delivered to transfer KFOR special forces over the Gazivode lake,
3. Main forces would be shifted in direction of Podujevo-Bajgora-Banjska to avoid blockades in Zvecane
4. Heavy equipment to break the blockade was already in the "Notinghil" base
5. Use of force permitted.
80 mercenaries from Albania and Macedonia took positions- Bajgora Svinjare Wet Gora.

These are the details of the new plan for the military-police operation, which is scheduled for 16th, but will be conducted after September the 16th. I managed to get hold of the plan and I have to admit that I am very disturbed by the potential for causing destabilization that this plan has. Knowledge of the details I have provided is vital to those who are to oppose this action. It is a joint action of the KPS, ROSU, KFOR and EULEX.

This is a classic military or combat action and extremely dangerous for the Serbian people.
It is necessary that the public, both domestic and international, become familiar with the details ...

Serbian people appeal the Government not to recognise TNC in Libya

The following letter was sent to the Government of Serbia and all of it's highest representatives. Under the original text in Serbian, we prepared the translation in English for all of You who live abroad, but wish to join this initiative regarding the formal intent of our government to recognize the TNC as legitimate representatives of the Libyan people.

Here is a translation in English:

To whom it may concern,

We are addressing you deeply moved by the current events in the friendly state of Libya.

As you are aware, the war in Libya started in a rather similar way as the war in Serbia, that is on Kosovo and Metohija, back in 1999. A group of terrorists that was wrongly named «freedom fighters», supported by NATO and the most powerful media machinery, started an invaders war on common people killing and destroying everything that stood their way. The Libyan army as the legitimate defense force of a sovereign state that was defending the Libyan people and acting according to the existing laws was unjustly demonized by foreign media and erroneously labeled as regime, aggressor and dictator's army.

These days, we are all the witnesses of the dirtiest and unfortunately superbly designed and organized media campaign against   Gaddafi and the Libyan people itself whose majority is supporting him. Muammar al Gaddafi, as you well know yourself, is an old and proved friend of Serbia and the Serbian people. And as such he deserves the support of all of us in these hard moments when the country that he had been building during so many years in order to give a better life not only to the Libyans, but to all the people in Africa, is being bestially and mercilessly destroyed.

We are witnesses as well of an unpermitted and in the international laws unbased process of recognizing of TNC by the same countries that wage the war on Libya in the first place. Unfortunately, we witness as well that a small groups of Libyan students studying abroad that support self - proclaimed TNC make the violent entries and even engage in beating the official Libyan representatives and diplomats in the Libyan embassies all over the world.

Given all the events concerning the friendly state of Libya we are appealing to you that you do not interrupt excellent relationship with Muammar al Gaddafi, built during many years in the past and above all that you do not support the supreme injustice that is being done to Libya and the Libyan people. We, citizens of Serbia, being ourselves the subject of the same injustice,  appeal to you not to recognize Transitional National Council and that you do not interrupt the diplomatic relationship with the present, legally elected representatives of the Socialist Arab Libyan Jamahirya.

The strength of a true leader is reflected in the support of the people he leads.
We do count on you and we believe in you!
